Certified "Greek Breakfast" at La Mer Resort & Spa

The "Greek Breakfast" program, an initiative of the Hellenic Chamber of Hotels, has been expanded to include the five-star La Mer Resort & Spa of the Gelasakis group of companies.

With the certification of "Greek Breakfast", you can choose from a special assortment of regional and international meals to start your day while also getting a taste of the distinctive flavors of Greek and Cretan cuisine.

The special "Greek Breakfast" labeling features a variety of traditional fresh breads, various cookies and rusks, local thyme honey, olives and olive oil, a variety of hand-made jams, authentic pies like kalitsounia which are traditionally made in Chania, Sfakian pies, local seasonal fruits, Cretan cold cuts, sausages, yogurts and cheeses, Greek coffee made on ember-heated sand, local herb infusions as well as a variety of other delectable, high-quality, fresh goods that come directly from local farms and producers.
