Travel Agent & Customer Support Agent

Letsferry.gr is a leader in the online search and reservation of ferry tickets. Established in June 2015, we provide trusted services with high quality standards. Since then we have been rapidly expanding, serving customers throughout the world. We strive to provide reliable and fast service, while focusing in customer satisfaction.

For our offices in Piraeus we are looking for two travel and customer support agents to join our fast growing team. The successful candidates will be responsible to handle customer queries and ensure an excellent customer experience throughout their interaction with Letsferry.gr

Your duties will include:

  • Handling of inbound calls, emails and social media queries in a timely manner according to the predefined procedures
  • Performance of outbound calls to existing clientele for retention and loyalty activities
  • Communication with ferry operators and partners to support customers’ needs
  • Handling of inquiries, complaints and ticket requests with a constantly outstanding quality of service
  • Monitor technical issues and possible improvements to the management team


Skills/ Qualifications:

  • TEI or AEI or equivalent degree preferably in Τοurism/ Ηospitality related area
  • Excellent communication in Greek and English both oral and written
  • Flexibility to work in shifts 1-2 years of working experience in a travel agency
  • Knowledge of the Liknoss Open Seas ticketing system (Forth CRS)
  • Excellent customer oriented skills
  • Computer literacy
  • French/ German/ Spanish/ Italian language will be considered an asset
